Before the event started, a BEO of detailed charges for each committee and a layout of was sent to each student in the class so what was expected was fully understood. The charges included: decor, food and beverage, marketing, and activities. The layout below includes each major table, registration point, food table, and activity.
This is the floor plan of Henry Hall Atrium that was used in creating the set up for the Winter Majors Fair.
